From the very first lesson, Noel was a very patient, calm, and extremely knowledgeable driving instructor. He explained everything clearly, sometimes even using his iPad to visually demonstrate how the clutch works. He always made the lessons enjoyable by talking about interesting topics and connecting with his students to ease the nerves that come with learning to drive a manual car. He's also very accommodating. Having two vehicles, he goes above and beyond to make sure he brings the student’s preferred one to lessons and the test. I already had my automatic license, and thanks to Noel, I was able to confidently make the switch to manual. I passed my manual driving test first try and now feel confident driving a manual car on my own. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and friendly driving instructor.

Big shout out to Glen and the team! Originally booked my test on Jan 4, 2025. I had a hunch that I wasn’t ready yet so I was looking around for driving schools that can help me before my test. Out of all the top searches in Google, only RAC followed up and worked with me on setting all the schedule up. Making sure that there is an instructor available for my test and all the lessons lined up before the test date. If that is not great customer service I don’t know what is! Glen was really helpful and calm during my lessons. I had a bad habit with letting go of the clutch early and Glen suggested to tweak a small behavior in the way I was doing it. Voila! From that one tweak I was able to gain confidence with the rest of the lessons! I have more to say but deep down! I just wanna say you guys did a great job!
