Driving Test Day Package - Manual 

Test Package includes everything you need for test day:

• Pick up from home, work, school, or another nearby agreed location one hour before the driving test begins.
• A pre-test driving lesson immediately prior to the driving test. The practical driving time may vary depending on Transport and Main Roads check-in procedures, test centre requirements, traffic, and arrival times.
• Continued coaching and support during the check-in process, right up until the examiner takes the student for their test.
• Assistance with any required paperwork before the test.
• Use of the driving school vehicle for the driving test.
• Attendance at the post-test debrief.
• Assistance with licence issue paperwork, where required.
• Return to home, work, school, or another nearby agreed location after the test.
• Vouchers expire three years from the purchase date.

• Correct Information: Entering an incorrect address or suburb will result in a forfeited payment, so ensure all details are accurate.
• Voucher Expiry: Unless stated otherwise in specific promotions, unused vouchers revert to a cash balance after 12 months and credit expires 36 months after purchase.
• Cancellations: Lessons can be cancelled via your online account or by contacting us during business hours.
• Cancellation Notice: At least 24 hours' notice is required to avoid being charged for cancelling a lesson.
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to our terms and conditions, and may include an admin fee.
• Government Test Fees: The package price does not cover any government-related driving test fees.
